WHAT YOU CAN & CANNOT DO WITH OUR WEBSITE

These Terms & Conditions, together with any and all documents referred to in it, tell you the terms under which you may make use of infoplex.co.uk and any and all of its subdomains (hereafter “Our Site”), whether as a Guest or as a Registered User. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site, and/or downloading any items, products or services from our site, whether paid-for or otherwise.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you start to use our site, as these will apply to your use of our site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “Infoplex”, “Our”, “Us” and/or “We” refers to Infoplex Ltd. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC145345 and have our registered office at 4d Auchingramont Road, Hamilton, ML3 6JT. Our Trading address is: Alloa Business Centre, Whins Road, Alloa, Clackmannanshire, FK10 3SA.

ACCEPTING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before using our site or before using any product or service offered or supplied via our site, either directly or indirectly, you must accept the Terms & Conditions. You may not use our site or use any product or service offered or supplied therein if you do no accept the Terms & Conditions.

There are three ways to accept the Terms & Conditions:

  • First, by using the site and any product or service offered or supplied therein in any capacity;
  • Second, by registering to use any product or service offered by Infoplex on any and all of its websites, ie., during user registration; and
  • Third, by signing, and agreeing to, any and all Software Licence Agreement(s) made available by Infoplex at the time of downloading any software package for demonstration and/or commercial use.

When you start using the site, or any product or service offered or supplied therein, Infoplex will assume that you have accepted the Terms & Conditions. Once you use the site, or any product or service offered therein, you are bound by the Terms & Conditions until you terminate your relationship with Infoplex.

OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS

Our Privacy policy which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use our site or our products and services only for lawful purposes and you may not use our site or our products and services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.

You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our products or services or any network or equipment used in the provision of our products or services.

  4. attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our site or our products and services;

  6. uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through our site or our products and services;
  7. collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including Account names, from our site or our products and services;
  8. impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity;
  9. interfering with the proper working of our site or our products and services;
  10. accessing any content on our site or our products and services through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by our site or our products and services; or
  11. bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our site or our products and services, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of our site or our products and services or the content therein.

CHANGES TO OUR SITE

We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it.

For example, if you register for additional support and technical assistance from Infoplex and you provide data at the time of registering which is shown to be and proven to be incorrect, we cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any actions or decisions that are taken either by us or you based upon the said erroneous data.

ACCESSING OUR SITE

Our site is available to all members of the public. Our application is available to registered users only.

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. We adopt preventative measures to safeguard against bugs, malware, trojans and viruses but we cannot guarantee that these will be effective.

These Terms & Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of England and Wales and the law of Scotland. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and of Scotland.

LINKING TO OUR SITE

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.

Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.
