REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required by UK law. If you would like to request a refund or credit on a purchase please email info@infoplex.co.uk. You must not have already sent to Infoplex a Signed Registration Form for the Software or received an Activation File (that removes trial/demo restrictions of the Software). And you must be within the 30 day Trial Period. “Trial Period” means a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the Software to you, Invoice Date or Payment Date; whichever occurred first.
