Infoplex is based in Scotland. We store information securely on servers that are located in London. The data that we collect from you will be passed on to our debt collection and recovery partner. They store information securely on servers located in Manchester. These servers comply with any and all legislation effect within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In extreme circumstances, such as for maintenance or to protect to a Dedicated Denial of Service (“DDS”) attack, your data may be transferred to, and stored at, an alternative location within the EEA or at a location outside the EEA. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this storing and transferring of data.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR DATA

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
