Orders Folder

The Orders folder shows you a list of TAS Sales Orders. You can filter the list in a number of ways; by customer, number and type: Quotations, Proformas, Outstanding Orders or All Orders. The ability to drill down into each order and to create new ones is highly convenient.



Order Entry

The Order entry screen lets you enter, view and amend Quotations, Proformas and Sales Orders TAS stored in the TAS database. You can even see previous sales of the same product line to a customer.



Maintain Company - Orders Tab

You get easy access to Orders for each company on the Orders tab in the Company form. Order filtering, creation and drilldown for amendment are again available. Also, important alerts are immediately visible to you, e.g. in relation to credit control and overdue orders, so you can improve customer service by having order history and payment records at your fingertips before you call..



Opportunity Management

You can create and manage Sales Opportunities here. Opportunities can be linked both to companies and to TAS sales quotations/orders.



Product Folder

See a list of your TAS products in the Products folder, which you can filter to suit your needs. High speed navigation, product creation and drilldown for amendment is also convenient.



Maintain Products

Here you can see the drill-down to Product details from the Products folder.



OrderBooks options in Outlook

System defaults and access rights can be configured under Tools, Options, OrderBooks in Outlook



Dashboard

Displays your vital business metrics with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance KPI's, plus alerts for remedial action and ability to customise for each user. Helps you to make faster, more informed business decisions and alerts you when you need to take action. The Salesperson Dashboard is illustrated here.

*** NEW *** Sales Order Schedule

Displays vital Sales schedule data based on Expected Ship Date of Sales Order. User configurable options to display horizontally or vertically and number of days. Clicking an Order displays the Order entry screen where the order can be updated if necessary.

Import TAS Companies/Customers into OrderBooks

If your company and contact data is stored as TAS customers, you can quickly import them: click the 'Load Customers' button and the TAS customers' details are displayed ready for import into OrderBooks. You can easily clean up any anomalies and TAS as you go.



Import TAS Companies/Customers into OrderBooks - Detailed View

Simply click the Expand button to view/amend the TAS company's contact details.



Maintain Links

If your contact/CRM data has been imported from another system, use this tool to link them to your TAS data.
