	If you have lots of products which are essentially variations of the same few products, e.g. different colour or size, you no longer need to price each product individually which can take up huge amounts of time. Simply put them in the same TAS Product Group and MultiTAS Business Manager Plus and OrderBooks lets you price them by group and you can select that price list during order entry.

	Extended Descriptions for TAS Products/Services, plus Product Notes, are conveniently available in the Sales Order Entry form's drill-down - you can even edit them there and then, saving yet more time. Also, you can see at a glance what the customer has previously bought, by viewing the full Product History for the customer concerned. No more wondering what the customer paid last time.

	Conveniently export your live TAS Customers, Products/Services etc instantly into Excel with a single click. You can customise the columns, and the order they appear, to suit your needs in seconds. The powerful Export button in all OrderBooks and MultiTAS 'master record' grids and others, like BoM's Maintain Assembly form, creates a copy of your data in Excel. It even creates a file in case you need to save it for further calculations.

	Need a more accurate Stock Valuation in TAS? 'Actual Cost'? Use the FIFO (First-In First-Out) Stock Valuation report in MultiTAS or OrderBooks. Most users currently do some painful exporting of product movements from TAS, reformatting in Excel and then a load of calculations. All this can take several hours and has to be repeated from scratch each time they want the report.
